MarketPilot legal
Terms of Service
The rules for using MarketPilot, including paid subscriptions, connected brokers, and trading tools.
Effective: July 25, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to MarketPilot’s websites, applications, market tools, journals, analytics, integrations, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
Paid subscriptions are offered only to customers in the United States.
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and meet any minimum age required where you live. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.
2. What MarketPilot provides
MarketPilot provides software for market research, charting, options analysis, backtesting, strategy follow workflows, brokerage monitoring, trade journaling, and related analytics. Features may vary by plan, market, data source, and availability.
Market data, model output, rankings, alerts, backtests, and AI-generated content may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. They are tools for your independent evaluation, not promises of performance.
3. Your account and security
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials and connected-broker access, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not share accounts, bypass plan or usage limits, interfere with the Service, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the Service, introduce malicious code, or use the Service unlawfully.
4. Trading and broker connections
Read the Trading Risk Disclaimer before using any market or broker-connected feature. You decide whether, when, and how to trade and remain responsible for reviewing symbols, sides, quantities, order types, prices, timing, account permissions, and risk controls.
MarketPilot does not place orders for customer strategy follow workflows. If you connect a third-party broker for supported read-only or journal workflows, broker outages, stale data, software defects, connectivity failures, and provider limitations can affect displayed information. You must monitor your broker account directly.
5. Paid subscriptions and automatic renewal
Basic is currently displayed at $10 per month or $110 per year, Pro at $25 per month or $240 per year, and Premium at $50 per month or $450 per year when available. Before payment, Stripe Checkout will show the plan, recurring price, currency, taxes if applicable, trial status, and total due. If those details conflict with a marketing page, the checkout details control for that purchase.
New subscription accounts receive a 7-day free trial when offered at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically on the selected monthly or yearly billing interval after the trial until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge shown at checkout to your selected payment method after the trial and on each renewal unless you cancel first.
See the Subscription Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with Stripe, brokers, market-data vendors, cloud providers, email providers, and AI providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability, data, order handling, or decisions.
7. Your content and service data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it to operate, secure, and support the Service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
MarketPilot and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, designs, documentation, and provider-supplied data. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or where required by a provider or law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export user-entered data.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data accuracy, investment results, profitability, suitability, or that errors will be corrected.
Any warranty exclusions, liability limits, dispute terms, or remedies are subject to non-waivable consumer rights. Because those provisions depend on the seller’s legal entity and launch jurisdictions, they require counsel’s approval before paid checkout opens.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Arizona State Law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms prospectively. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice and request renewed consent when required.
