You can lose money
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You can lose some or all capital, and certain products or strategies can create losses greater than the amount initially invested. Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Options and leveraged products
Options may expire worthless and can be affected by volatility, time decay, liquidity, assignment, exercise, early exercise, spreads, and rapid price changes. Short options and leveraged or margin positions can create especially large or unlimited loss exposure. Understand the product and your broker’s disclosures before trading.
Not personalized to your full circumstances
MarketPilot outputs do not assess every fact relevant to you, including finances, taxes, holdings, experience, objectives, liquidity needs, risk tolerance, or legal restrictions. Rankings, signals, scenarios, alerts, and AI explanations should not be treated as a guarantee or a substitute for your own review and qualified professional advice.
Data, models, AI, and backtests
Quotes and other data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, or wrong. Models and AI can misread inputs, omit risks, or produce false information. Backtests, simulated results, hypothetical fills, annualized yields, and paper trading benefit from assumptions and hindsight and do not represent actual performance. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
Follow and broker-connection risk
Strategy follow views and notifications can be delayed, incomplete, stale, or wrong. They do not place orders, size positions for you, or guarantee that any stop, target, price, or state can be acted on in a broker account.
You must monitor the actual broker account, verify any independent action outside MarketPilot, use risk limits appropriate for you, and maintain an independent way to contact the broker. MarketPilot’s records may differ from the broker’s official records.
